To manually transfer your website files or your e-mail accounts from another provider to Easyhost, you need to have an active hosting plan. If you don’t have one, you must place an order. You can view the available packages by accessing Shared Hosting - powerful web hosting.
How to transfer website files
Log in to your cPanel account by following the steps in this tutorial: How to access my cPanel account.
If you want to add an addon domain, click on Domains.
On the newly opened page, press the “Create A New Domain” button to add a new domain.
Download the files associated with the website from the previous provider. Using the File Manager option in cPanel, you can upload them.
A new window will open. On the left side, you can choose the location where you want to upload your files. Make sure you select the document root of your domain. (You can confirm the correct location in cPanel > Domains)
How to transfer emails accounts
To transfer your email accounts from another provider to Easyhost, you first need to create the email addresses in cPanel by following the steps in this tutorial How to create and delete email accounts.
From your current provider, download the domain.tld folder from /home/username/mail. Then, go to your cPanel account at /home/username/mail, select the existing domain.tld folder, and click Delete. After that, upload the domain.tld folder from your previous provider.
