How to create a database

1. From your cPanel account go to Manage my Databases from Databases category.

   

2. Enter the name of the database and click on "Create Database" button.

   

3. To add a database user scroll down to Add New User. Enter the username and password and click on "Create User" button.

   

4. To add the new user to a database, go to Add User to Database. Select the user and database from the drop-down list and click on "Add" button. On the next page you will be asked to grant privileges to the user, check the ones you want to assign and save them by clicking the "Make Changes" button.

   

   

5. Now you can access your database with phpMyAdmin from Database category in cPanel.
