How to blacklist or whitelist a domain or an email account

1. Access your cPanel account.

2. From the Email category, click on Spam Filters.

   

3. To view both lists (whitelist and blacklist), click on Show Additional Configurations.

   

4. Based on your requirements, you can blacklist or whitelist a domain or an email account. To proceed, click "Edit Spam… Settings", as applicable.

   

5. In every new field enter the email account or domain name (e.g. *@domain.tld). To save the changes click on Update whitelist (whitelist_from). The same will be done for Blacklist.
