How to set up an O365 E-Mail address in Microsoft Outlook
Go to the File menu in the upper left and then click on Add Account.
Then select the E-mail Account option, fill in the e-mail address and password and click on Next.
Note: In Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Outlook 2016/2019 it is enough to enter the e-mail address and then click on Connect.In the next window, enter the password and click Connect again.Then click Done to complete the process.
The settings will update automatically. Click Finish to complete the account addition.
