A contract can be terminated by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order for a contract to be terminated, the following conditions must be met:
- The request should be sent from the official email address associated with the myEasyhost account or by a written notification if you no longer have access to the official email address associated with the account;
- All overdue invoices must be paid;
- According to the contract, in case of a unilateral termination, it is necessary to comply with a 30-day notice (“This Agreement may terminate without the intervention of any court, within 30 days from the date on which a party requests unilateral termination by sending a prior notice”).
