- From the cPanel page, click on Email Accounts, under the EMAIL tab.
- Then click on CREATE in the upper right corner of the list of email accounts.
- In the newly open form, fill in the fields "Username" and "Password" with the desired information and then click on CREATE, as follows:
- Username: The username of the account. Ex: first_name@domain.ro
Note: If multiple domains are registered on this cPanel account, you can select the domain for which the address is created from the drop-down menu. - Password: enter the desired password for the new email account. You can use the generator provided by cPanel by clicking on GENERATE. To see the password, the Eye symbol must be used.
- Storage Space: is set to 1024 MB. This space represents the email storage capacity for the new account. This value can be changed, and to remove the restriction, check the Unlimited option (the e-mail space will be unlimited, within the storage space allocated to your hosting plan. Ex: For a Wordpress Advanced plan, although the storage space for e-mail is set to Unlimited, it cannot exceed the 20 GB of space allocated to the plan.
- Username: The username of the account. Ex: first_name@domain.ro
- To delete a previously created email address, go to Email Accounts under EMAIL ADDRESS.
- Click on the “>” symbol next to the desired email address and click on DELETE.
- Click DELETE again to confirm the deletion.
