How to disable auto-renew for domain name registration

You can disable the auto-renew future for domain name registration by sending an email request to billing@easyhost.com.

In order for the auto-renew option to be disabled, you need to send the request from the official email address associated with the SiteControl  account.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail official email address associated with the SiteControl account, it is necessary to provide one of the following information:

1. The SiteControl ID and last 4 characters of your password.
2. Last 4 digits of the credit card on file (If applicable).
3. The answer to the Secret Question set up on your account (If applicable).
